How much is shipping?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all our products are FREE SHIPPING nationwide, regardless of the quantity. 

How long is the shipping / delivery?

We follow Order Today, Ship Tomorrow Policy. This means, any orders for today will be shipped out from our warehouse the next business day. Actual delivery leadtime, however, ranges from 2-5 business days depending on the location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We used to ship internationally but due to the logistics restrictions brought about by COVID-19, international shipments are temporarily put on hold until further notice.

Can I request for pick-up instead of delivery?

We cannot accommodate pick-ups at the moment; we operate 100% online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Debit Cards or Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, etc) issued by major banks. We also accept PayPal, GCash, GrabPay, Coins.PH, and 7/11 over-the-counter payments. 

No cards or online wallets? No problem! We also offer Cash on Delivery – nationwide!

Is buying on your store safe?

Our site is compliant with the Data Privacy Act and we do not take or sell any personal information, including but not limited to, credit card information, addresses, and conversations. How do I place an Order?

Navigate the site pages and choose the items that you want. Add these items to your online shopping cart and follow the steps until checkout! It’s easy, we promise!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to order. You can also checkout as a guest.

My product is damaged, how can I return the product?

If the product you received is damaged or not in a good, usable condition (based on the product functions and information), please report to us within 7 days of receipt.

Our return process: You will need to send us back the damaged item along with its original box or packaging – no worries, we will refund you 100% of the shipping cost! And we will then replace the items at no cost – this is our guarantee.

Product Guarantee

What is your guarantee for the products you sell?

7 days Replacement; 30-1 Year Limited Warranty. We offer 7 days replacement for the products if proven damaged or received in not working condition; 30 days to 1 year limited service warranty / local supplier warranty.

How do you process the orders?

Before we ship out any order, we are doing our 3-way process. 1) Product testing – we ensure that products are working 100%. 2) Product Disinfection – We disinfect using disinfectant and UV sterilization, both the unpacked contents and the packed parcel. 3) Packaging – We securely pack your orders to protect them during the delivery.
